MRS-TEM combination of groundwater detection system is a new instrument ofgroundwater system formed by uniting MRS direct detection with TEM indirect detection.Each method has its advantages and disadvantages, MRS-TEM combination of groundwaterdetection system uses their advantages and combines both of them, complementary technologyeach other. Resent years, MRS-TEM Combined Use Groundwater Detection Instrument hasbeen widely used in the detection of underground water, the prevention of dam seepage, theadvanced detection of mine/tunnel disaster water etc. Therefore, improving the reliability andthe stability of the instrument is particularly important, it is only by standardized productionand standardized testing can ensure the quality, measurement accuracy, consistencyand repeatability of the instrument.The research of this paper is on the basis of MRS-TEM Combined Use GroundwaterDetection Instrument which is an important part of the special project of national scientificinstrument and equipment ‘s development and application”The development and applicationof instrument of the disaster water (mine/tunnel) direct detection”. Aiming at the weak pointof current testing technology, we have worked out the production quality control and antivibration standards, the overall function test and anti vibration standards, meanwhile the testequipments and tested approaches. The modules whose function realization and performanceindex meet the requirements can be used to build instrument. The instruments whose functionrealization and performance index can be used to do detection test. To obtain high moduleperformance and reliability, those core modules have been tested strictly by using the testingequipments for core modules. Indoor machine test platform provides a simulated field testmethod of the real working environment, in order to detect whether the instrument can worknormally, which guarantees the stability and reliability of the instrument before the field work.At the same time we also have the standardized equipments for temperature and humidity testand vibration test, which fully improve the stability and reliability of the instrument. Finally,the portable machine test device provides a solution for the emergencies encounter when it works in the field.The standardization of modules’ production and indoor overall function test improves thequality of the instruments, which lay a solid foundation for engineering. Standardization offield testing improves the efficiency of field detection and reduces the cost of the project.Plenty of tests and engineering applications proved that the research has achieved theanticipated effect.
