Temperature changes due to cold region is larger, the tunnel secondary liningstructure can produce larger longitudinal deformation, resulting in lining cracking. Inthe vertical deformation of the secondary lining structure, and its complex withwaterproof material contact problem become the longitudinal deformation of thesecondary lining structure key points. This article by ANSYS analysis software to thejoy of supporting structure in the tunnel secondary lining and waterproofing materialcontact problem of numerical simulation analysis, the study of temperature field in thesecondary lining structure in the longitudinal expansion and contraction deformationwith complex contact deformation relationship between waterproof material, by usingthe contact element to simulate the secondary lining structure and waterproof materialcontact condition, the resulting secondary lining and waterproofing material betweenthe contact deformation rule.This article main research content is as follows:(1)Classification of contact problem is introduced, and several contact way, and tocontact problems in engineering structures are analyzed in theory, deduces theformulas for the deformation of the contact problem, analysis and structurewaterproof materials and the second lining of the tunnel of the contact problem,secondary lining of the tunnel is introduced and the key theory of modeling.(2)Class by ANSYS analysis software in the contact unit (TARGE170andCONTA174) and secondary lining of the tunnel to joy, to simulate the structure andwaterproof material entities and12m long tunnel modeling analysis. In temperaturefield is calculated, and the corresponding under different temperature variation oflongitudinal deformation of tunnel secondary lining structure. The output of the modeland the result was compared with field observation data analysis. Thus concluded thatthe longitudinal deformation of the secondary lining with the temperature change andthe change law of its change in line with the law theory, the deformation of the size of the agreement with field observations, when the longitudinal deformation amount tothe ultimate tensile strain of concrete, lining structure cracking occurs.By comparing the two waterproof materials PVC and EVA, when in contact withthe secondary lining effect on longitudinal deformation of the secondary liningstructure, it is concluded that the PVC waterproof material under the contact oflongitudinal deformation of the secondary lining is EVA waterproofing material isbigger, show that PVC waterproof material effect on the constraints of the secondarylining is EVA waterproof material.Longitudinal study of cold region secondary lining deformation, can be coldregion deformation of highway tunnel design for the future research and the crackingof the tunnel maintenance to provide certain reference value and practical value andsignificance of research.
