In the past10years, all over the country to vigorously develop the city track traffic system, the scale of city rail transit is increasing. Due to the lack of preparation of fast construction speed, track traffic planning theory, causes our country each big city there are some problems in the process of the development of rail transportation, not very good, in line with the economic development needs of the city, city rail transit network sprawl, line capacity and function does not match. It is necessary to make quantitative evaluation of city track traffic is.The paper, which combined with the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, using theories of management, economics, statistics, and system science and other related theories, and research ideas of the theoretical interpretation, modeling, empirical research and statistical analysis, has a comprehensive and in-depth study on comprehensive evaluation of urban rail transit system.Based on the design principles of evaluation index system for comprehensive evaluation of urban rail transit system, the paper designed a comprehensive evaluation index system which is consisted by network evaluation, operation evaluation and external evaluation and their respective sub-class indicators, described the definition of the indicators, and identified method to value indicators including mathematical models and expert scoring. Through comparative analysis the application of adaptability to various methods of comprehensive evaluation of popular at home and abroad, determined using the data envelopment analysis method to establish the comprehensive evaluation model of city track traffic system, and the detailed description of the evaluation target, decision making unit, establish the input and output index system, model building, analysis, comprehensive evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of city rail transportation process, and puts forward the method of guidance for the comprehensive evaluation of city track traffic system, improve the existing evaluation system of rail transit system.
