Hydraulic Free Piston Engine contains both overall structure is simple, light weight,and their compression ratio is variable, From now on many experts and scholars whodomestic and foreign are very prefer to studying the hydraulic free piston engine, Theprocess of ventilation and scavenge will affect the engine performance and maximum outputpower directly. Therefore, this paper view of this situation, by means of simulation whichcalculating flow field for the free-piston engine ventilation system and makingimprovements. Including the motion law of one dimensional of hydraulic free piston engine,the setting up of moving-mesh and handling ventilation systems. which contains simulationof concentrate field of combustible gas and the temperature field of mix gas. This paper willpropose an initial scheme and five improved schemes, through a comprehensive comparativeanalysis to find the best optimal scheme of scavenging efficiency, and applied the simulationresults to the actual processing of the cylinder. The main contents of this paper contains:(1) Applying for CATIA to design six different scavenging model of computing gasfields.(2) Though AMEsim and hydraulic equation to calculate the motion law of hydraulicfree piston engine,Balance the ventilation process and crank angle.(3) Finally, using fire which three-dimensional simulation software to simulate the sixdifferent schemes.This paper focuses on simulation of hydraulic free piston engine ventilation systemsthrough simulation tools, intended to design a rational and efficient cycle scavenging system,providing the necessary theory support for the actual processing...
