Since80time, roadtransportation accident in China is rising year by year, the road trafficaccident mortality rate is also high and still increasing at all the year round,theamplitude of8%a year. At present, the traffic accident deaths in China’s shocking,has ranked the first in the world. The traffic accident has become the security ofpeople’s life and property damage,"public enemy number one", the securitysituation of road transportation in our country is not optimistic[1]. By natural conditions, China is a mountainous country, mountains andplateaus widely many. Mountainous land area of total land area in China69%.Because of the landform characteristics of mountain, the whole road grade islow, mountain road is generally more narrow, winding, and steep slopes, the terrain ismore complex, at the same time, vision is not very open. Therefore, the highwaytransportation risk and difficulty is big, easy to produce road transportationaccident. Especially in the continuous down hillroad, very high heat load ofautomobile brake system, the brake system of the heat can not be timely released tothe surrounding environment,temperature greatly brake wheel hub and brakeshoe rises, high temperature will cause brake failure. The vehicle driving on themountain is very dangerous. Therefore, in the event of gradient bigger rollingmountain traffic accident frequency is higher than the other road. Foreign countries isalready in these aspects of attention and the research of[2]With the development of automotive technology, to improve the safety ofthe commercial vehicle road driving, many vehicles are fitted with auxiliary brakingsystem.
