With limited coal, oil, natural gas and other energy and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent for environmental protection,some renewable power such as solar energy, water power, wind power obtain more and more national attention.However, in the process of research and development of solar and wind that have randomness, uncertainty and can not provide stable power, restrict the development and promotion of new energy technologies.Energy storage technology is an effective method to solve the above problems.At present, the fastest technological progress is chemical energy storage, and flow battery is one of the most promising battery.This paper chooses Zn Ni battery developed by.Beijing Research Institute of chemical defense,focus on the battery charge and discharge efficiency, open voltage and internal resistance test, on SOC estimation and correction method.This design uses the integrated chip AD7280A to acquire the voltage and temperature of the battery, MCU uses a16bit MC9S12XEG128, according to the functional design of the circuit principle diagram, the battery management system PCB board is designed and debugged. The whole work is divided into the two parts of hardware and software.The characteristics of battery testing:Through the experiment, the charge and discharge efficiency of the battery voltage and internal resistance is researched, a method of SOC estimation and correction is presented.The hardware part:ln order to realize the function of the battery management system,and the battery management system can run normally.The hardware parts includes:The hardware design of control module and power module, the hardware design of temperature and voltage sampling and current sampling,balanced control module, SPI communication module and the hardware design of CAN communication module.The software part:the software development environment of Battery management system.This paper introduces is under CodeWarrior IDE.The software is programmed with C language, also compile and debug in CodeWarrior IDE.The software includes:the design of the software system of the control system and SOC program design and CAN and AD7280A program design.The debugging part:debugging battery module of zinc nickel battery and lithium battery.
