Electric loading system is the control surfaces of simulated aircraft in flight which areexposed to aerodynamic loads under laboratory conditions, it is an important equipment ofsteering system which is a semi-physical simulation test. For control surfaces of aircraft areexposed to a variety of air load, the compound torque loading system based on the original bythe torque load on the system to join the moment loading system, more realistic simulationand reproduction aircraft rudder in the air suffered various aerodynamic loads, rudder systemsachieve fast, effective experimental verification. Therefore, the research and design of acompound torque loading system has important theoretical and practical engineeringapplication value.The paper researches and analyses the results and current situation of the development ofthe loading system at home and abroad, and puts forward the necessity of developingcompound torque loading system through analyzing the surface of the aircraft rudderaerodynamic load spectrum. This paper illustrates the composition of compound torqueloading system, and summarizes the working principle, by adopting the mechanicaloptimization design, the mechanical processing components in the composite torque loadingsystem were designed and calculated in order to achieve optimal design before the systemmeet the requirements of actual work, and the mechanical properties of structural axis wastested under the static and dynamic loading ways. Through establishing the completemathematical model of electric loading system, we analysis and research the mechanism ofsurplus torque and the main factors influencing the size of the surplus torque. Thoughadopting the composite control method with PID control and steering instructionsfeedforward control directly and adaptive compensation method based on reference model,we eliminate superfluous moment in the system, realize the rapid and high precision controlof electric loading system, and the proposed method is effective by the simulation analysis ofthe correction system.Finally, according to the actual testing needs to complete the entire composite torqueloading system scheme, respectively, the system’s hardware and software system has beendesigned, and based on the actual needs of the selection of the main devices in the system, the design software interface and operational processes. Through simulation analysis, thefeasibility of electric composite torque loading system.
