In recent years, with the development of space technology, a large number of irregularstructure and large size piece of equipment in missiles and space test area has brought manydifficulties to the design, assembly, finishing and error correction of the aircraft. Eachfunction unit is mainly composed of massive connector and numerous bundles cable in thetraditional craft. This makes aircraft interior space small, limits the function of each functionblock and makes the play arrow bloated. So choosing a light-duty,miniaturization,highreliability of equipment is a development direction of the modern space craft.This article firstly introduces the technical indicators of the multi-function measurementsystem and the implementation of the function prototype. It includes the whole function’sanalysis of the prototype sysetm, the hardware circuit’s design, the overall scheme design (thedesign of center control unit and the test unit,the digital and analog design, the design of thebus interface module), the design of the logic control module, the design of power supplymodule, the reliability of the technology and so on. This article summarizes the multichipmodule design scheme, the functions and features of the integrated circuit, the advantages ofintegrated circuit and the applicable scope. This article also puts forward a way of makingmultichip module and gives a more optimized design scheme of chip components. The designand the key technology of MFS multifunctional structure mainly include the design of lfexiblecircuit layer, high density bus interconnection technology, thermal control technology,electromagnetic compatibility and electromagnetic shielding optimization technique, and thereliability and anti-jamming technology.This article describes many new technologies about the multifunctional structure, thickfilm integrated circuit and flexible circuit boards. It achieves the system miniaturization design, micro thermal power system design, AD sampling,GPIO port input and output opticalcoupling isolation, CAN bus isolation transmission, LVDS interface, RS422signal appliancesand differential transmission function. Through the comparison of prototype machines andmultifunctional machine appearance, thermal control performance, installation andmaintenance performance and vibration resistance, it tests and verifies the reliability of thetechnology of multifunctional structure and shows the prototype performance increased invibration, high and low temperature environment. The test and data analysis’s result showsthat the system signal transmission performance is stable and reliable. |
