Research On JiuLiShan Water Filter Automation Reconstruction

PLC (Programmable Logic Controller, or PLC) because of its simple programming, high reliability, strong anti-interference ability, the advantages of feature-rich, have been widely used in the industry. PLC application and progress in development in China in recent years were discussed in this paper.Taking JiuLiShan water filter automation renovation project as an example, illustrates the application of PLC in the automation systemJiuLiShan water filter, also known as water recoil aerated filter, the work process is:gas--gas water double impact-water--recovery.Filter pool total has16independent filter grid, each grid filter pool has a pneumatic water gate Board, and a pneumatic anti-flush water butterfly valve, and a pneumatic anti-flush drainage sluice Board, and pneumatic recoil gas butterfly valve, and exhaust electromagnetic valve and a pneumatic water regulation butterfly valve; Public equipment includes three filter backwash water pump (1use while2standby), three back-flushing blower (1use while2standby). According to owner’s requirements in the text (as shown in the technical protocols),we transformed filter in automation,and reconstructed the filter reconstructed the control circuit of the backwash pumps and the backwash pumps.The control structure of the project are:public PC machine in duty room-Public PLC cabinet for all filters in power distribution room-16keys on-site control cabinet for local control and touch screen-eacb filter grid. The PLC system use the production of A-B company1769-L33ER as its core (in public filter PLC cabinet), using industrial Ethernet, run the cable connected with the public PC, local control cabinets. On-site control cabinet using a small PLC1766-L32BWA that producted by a-b company to control corresponding filter grid, with manual control functions. Touch screens can also be used to view the filter operation status, historical data, and so on. Public PC machine can achieve treatment monitoring, management of all16filter grid at the same time, with a key recoil, recoil recoil, recoil and high liquid level regularly stages scheduled, troubleshooting, high liquid level alarm functions.Upon commissioning, trial operation, the system works well, enhance the performance of the filter, greatly reduce the workload of front-line workers, can well meet control requirements of the owner.
