Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, with power electronics technology, semiconductordevice technology and microprocessor technology developing and thefuzzy control theory putting forward, AC motor control system has madeimprovements in system performance, and has been gradually replacingthe DC motor speed control system in the field of motor control.Vector control technology, as a way to control AC motors, due to itswide speed range, small torque ripple control and high control precision,is playing an increasingly important role in the field of AC motor variablefrequency speed control system.Voltage space vector pulse widthmodulation techniques are to obtain a stable circular rotating magneticfield amplitude control for the purpose, since this control facilitatesreal-time control of the microprocessor, has a torque ripple, low outputvoltage harmonic content and DC voltage utilization advantages, today, ithas been widely used in AC motor speed control system.This paper analyzes the basic theory of induction motor vectorcontrol system, and focuses on the mathematical model of inductionmotor, rotor flux observation, fuzzy control theory and space voltagePWM technology. Then, in the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform,construct the simulation model of induction motor vector controlsystem with speed adjustment ring respectively using fuzzy PI controllerand traditional PI controller, the comparison of simulation results showsthat there is a good dynamic and static performance for induction motorspeed control system based on fuzzy PI. On the basis of completingsystem simulation experiments, fully consider the actual cost and otherfactors in order to optimize the design to choose TMS320F28034as themain chip and use PIM for the power semiconductor devices in theinverter. The inverter includes the main power supply circuit, powercircuit, driver circuit and a sampling circuit. On the basis of hardware testplatform, write the system development program through softwaredevelopment platform. Finally, according to the experimental results andthe actual measured waveforms, verify the feasibility of hardware andsoftware of induction motor speed control system.
