As an effective, convenient, environmentally friendly comprehensive project inthe field of energy,the distributed energy plant has been brought in domestic graduallyfrom the developed countries in Europe and the United States in recent years. With thegradual rising of energy cost and increasing pressure of environmental protection,cokeing enterprises depend more and more on the energy under the high speedeconomic development in recent five years.This article presents three proposals for coking enterprises to choose, which arethe gas engine distributed energy plant, the gas turbine distributed energy plant andthe steam turbine distributed energy plant. And it also puts forward a method toevaluate the above proposals with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,which is called the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Through the analysis, we’llfind that the gas turbine distributed energy plant is the optimal choice.This article designs a model of the gas turbine distributed energy plant thatintegrates the gas turbine power generation device and the waste heat boiler heatingdevice organically, which helps to realize the multifunctional output of electric energyand heat (steam).Making use of the tail gas that is coke oven gas (COG) produced by the cokemaking enterprises, this kind of gas turbine distributed energy plant could not onlyhelp the enterprises make economic value but also solve the pollution problemscaused by the direct emission.According to the basic situation of one of the coking enterprises and through thepractical application of the gas turbine distributed energy plant scheme, we provedthat this scheme could help to realize both the improvement of energy utilizationefficiency and the gradient utilization of energy. It is a project which can heightenenergy utilization rate, economize disposable investment, reach the standard ofenvironmental emissions, give operation and maintenance advantages and optimizeboth economic benefits and social benefits. |
