The permanent margent linear synchronous motor has many advantages, such as speed,large acceleration, the higher working accuracy, simple structure, the smaller vibration andnoise and the larger for dynamic response, which is widely used in modern industry.Compared the servo system of linear motor to the classic spin motor and ball screw, althoughit eliminate the intermediate gear links, it brings the issue that add more difficulties for controlsystem. Although the traditional PID control is easier to achieve and the structure is simple,the variable of parameters and external disturbances is need to be considered and therequirement high-precision control is met. Therefore, the more effective control strategy isneed to studied.Firstly, the development of linear input system is being introduced after reading andrefereeing a large of references about the permanent margent linear synchronous motor.Meanwhile, the control strategy mostly used is introduced in the area for linear motor control.Then, the structure of PMLSM and principle is analysed. After that, the method of vectorcontrol is be summarized. The dynamic quality of control system under the influence ofexternal disturbing factor is analysed.Secondly, it introduces the advantages of using the disturbance observer methods ofpermanent magnet linear synchronous motor control. PMLSM suffered due to interferencewith strong uncertainty, the motor model parameters with the motor running and constantlychanging, making it difficult to determine the model parameters. The disturbance observerwhen the uncertainty model and nonlinear model has obvious advantages, so this choicedisturbance observer control method designed DOB controller and its simulation results prove,DOB control method can so PMLSM have good tracking performance and system stability,but the control accuracy to be improved.On the basic of classical DOB,this paper desire periodic adaptive mechanism,by using thechanging periodic disturbance, establish the correspondence between the feedforwardcompensation value and the mover position.Make feed-forward compensation value changedwith the disturbance,let the system switch between the classical DOB and PADOB.Improvethe feedforward compensation for permanent magnet linear synchronous motor, forming theperiodic adaptive disturbance observer control strategy (PADOB). The simulation results show that the design of PADOB than the traditional DOB has amore precise location tracking performance, and external disturbances is more robust to meetthe requirements of today’s high-precision CNC machine tools.
