With the rapid development of military aviation equipment and a wildly use of high-tech technology in the field of national defense, the military aviation equipment becomes more and more advanced and complex, the difficulty of protection increases accordingly. In order to improve the protection efficiency of aviation equipment, the research of a better practical support device is attaching more and more importance, as the aero engine is the core power unit of an aircraft, its performance will directly influence the flight security of an aircraft. Based on the aero engine’s maintenance procedure, the aero engine need to be oil unsealed if it is not used for long time, or its fuel system life is exhausted, or it is returned to the factory for overhaul, etc. As part of the aircrafts and its oil seal devices are imported from abroad, the cost is very high, the maintenance and support are also more inconvenient.The ground oil seal device is one of the effective methods for aero engine’s oil seal, the seal effect has also been widely recognized by domestic and foreign industry. The ground oil seal device proposed in this text is able to offer oil unsealing for the aero engines on the ground or stored in the factory, without changing its position. Which can well satisfy the military’s need and possess the practical value.The main researches in this text include:(1) Analyze the actual situation and development of research for oil seal device in and out of China. While elaborating the research background and signification of oil seal device, propose a plan of ground oil seal NFDY-1by respecting the general technical specification of the mission. Analyze the composition of oil seal device and define the basic parameters.(2) According to the engineering design requirements of ground oil seal device, the text analyzes its oil seal system, which is mainly about its lubricating oil seal system, the fuel oil seal system and the electric control system. Based on the technical requirements of oil seal device’s design for aero engine TB3-117BM and the analysis of oil seal procedure, the relevant component parameters have been defined through analysis and calculation of the intensity of two carts for oil seal device and its oil system, which offers the theory evidence of the experimental prototype’s research for ground seal device.(3) Develop and to manufacture the experimental prototype of ground oil seal device, control the final assemblage quality for the prototype of oil seal device, complete the preparations before the ground oil seal device’s starting up, debug and test the oil seal system of the device, select every performance parameter of the oil seal system and verify the stability and reliability of the device’s oil seal system. |
