Oversized glass lifting force is the fundamental reason for failure of glass guidancesystem.Combining an automobile business car door glass with a guide rope wheel liftsystem,this article do the following work in order to improve the glass lifting stress problem.(1)Combining with single rail glass lifter motion and force characteristics, to establishmechanical model, and Lifting load of the system is calculated by using MATLABsoftware.The relation curves of lifting force and glass lifting displacement, obtain the needtorque and glass lifting displacement is analyzed, the single guide rail glass frame riserefficiency optimization measure is proposed and the system structure stress is reduced.(2)To the problem that easily interference of the vehicle door glass lifter and seal thebottom easily interference,this paper analysis the door glass assembly gap deviation using theVSA variance analysis software of virtual simulation. The simulation results and the actualdeviation of three-dimensional model of vehicle door glass lifter system matching clearancewere compared, and the system design of the door glass assembly tolerance value gapdeviation of several key more matching points were tolerance redistribution.After theredistribution of tolerance, the door assembly gap deviation value simulation results inreduced, and improved gap deviation causes of sealing strip for the door glass and channelinterference problems.(3)In order to ensure the trajectory consistency of lifter motion between the guide slotand the vehicle door glass, and avoid the dislocation or radian disparity increased glass liftingresistance,this article analysis the affecting factors of the inner door panel welding assemblyquality. Through the analysis of field measurement data analysis and welding process, theinner door panel welding assembly quality improvements.On the basis of the above research,a glass lifting force dynamic measuring device is developed,and through the field test andcalculation of lifting force-displacement curve, verify the accuracy and utility of theequipment value.Finally, by using the device of actual vehicle door glass lifter system ofmeasurement, analysis of the characteristics of the stress on the lifting process measurement isdone.(4)Based on these studies, a dynamic glass lifting force measuring device was designed,and through field tests and comparative calculation of the lift force-displacement curve of the device to verify the accuracy and practical value. Finally, the apparatus for measuring thereal glass doors lift system on the measurement process by the lifting force characteristicswere analyzed.Through theoretical research and measurement verification,it is been discovered that asingle guide sheave glass lifting force seal matching precision of the guide groove and thedoor glass is high. How to improve the tolerance design capability and processing quality ofvehicle door glass lifter system is one of the effective ways of to avoid glass lifting resistance.
