Facing with thecomplex types of information and the huge amount of information, how to diagnosequickly and utilize comprehensively, not only needing to be solved in current and futurefault diagnosis of engine, but also proposing higher requirement to the fault diagnosisand repairing of engine technology.Aimed to turbo engine, handheld wireless real time monitoring system for turboengine could monitor a series of working conditions. Firstly, analyzing the fault featuresof turbo engine, designed different fault acquisition modules for different characteristicparameters; Secondly, designed the schematic of entire monitoring system: designed thecircuit of gas pressure sensor for monitoring air cleaner, designed the circuit of probesfor monitoring exhaust gas, designed the circuit of vibration and voice for the vibrationand voice of turbo engine, took TMS320F2812as the core of fault handling circuit forfault diagnosis, included the circuit of NRF24L01wireless transmitting and receiving,the circuit of data storage and the circuit of voice; Finally, designed algorithm programof BP neural network after PSO optimizing, debugged and loaded in TMS320F2812,monitored the working condition of turbo engine and predicted the possible faults.After testing and debugging on1.8T turbo engine equipped by FAW-VolkswagenMagotan, proved that handheld wireless real time monitoring system for turbo engineachieved real-time monitoring the fault characteristic parameters of turbo engine, andmade accurate inference and prediction for the fault occurred or possible, was providedwith high accuracy, timeliness, portability and so on. |
