Research On Technique Of Procedural Substation

In recent years, the control technology of conventional substations hasn’t been able to meet the needs of the development with the rapid development of power grid scale. The contradiction between increased operating quantity and reduced staff is increasingly prominent. The procedural control technology of substations is automatically checking instead of artificial by using a computer program. It controls equipments automatically by using a software program to reduce human interventions in the operation process. A procedural control technology relieves the contradictions above effectively and reduces the possibility of wrong operations. It opens a new road to make substations more secure and efficient.This paper starts from the problems arising from the sequencing of substation operation. Firstly, it maintains the application of substation stylized model and its running process theory. It analyzes the application feasibility detailed of substations’ control strategy about procedural substations. Secondly, Combined with substations’ pour brake operating principles it puts forward the design scheme of Intelligent operation ticket generating system based on MAS aimed at the problems existing in the actual operation ticket system. Then, it puts forward the optimization design of secondary control circuit in view of the problems existing programmed interruption of operation. It improves procedure operations in substations most of which stylized in a device by adding two positions’loops. The secondary equipments are operated by the operations staffs. At last, the programmed control system and control system are further studied. It maintains plan about the improved procedural control system by comparing with conventional substations. At the same time, optimize the management methods on problems such as operation and management of procedural substations to provide management guidance promoting the procedural substations.
