Transmission is the core components of automotive powertrain, electro-hydraulic servo control system is the core components of transmission.Upon the new Dual-Clutch Transmission with Selective Output,which is designed independently by Automotive Engineering Technology Research Institute of Hefei University of Technology,we designed electro-hydraulic Servo Control System,established the mathematical model of some key components,and analyzed the model with AMEsim;and electro-hydraulic servo control system was designed,and we producted the prototype which verified the validity of the system control logic.The main contents of this research are introduced as follows:(1)this paper anslyzes the structural characteristics and working principle of Dual-Clutch transmission with selective output, and introduces the components and operating characteristics of electro-hydraulic servo control system,and develops a a relational table of shifting actuators.(2)The article fully anslyzes the math model of every hydraulic components module of electro-hydraulic servo control system,and anslyzes the simulation results with AMEsim.(3)The article complete the design of electro-hydraulic Servo Control System hydraulic body,and discussed the flow process of hydraulic body design.Using Pro/E software build the three dimensional solid model,At last develop the preproduction model.(4)This paper complete the hydraulic testing system.Developes a pilot program with the test procedure,based on the testing system,I complete the test of valve,Then I summarize and analyze the experiment’s result.According to the analysis of the prototype and experimental results, we can see the logic of electric hydraulic servo control system is correct, the valve performance is reliable, and the system to meet the new automatic transmission function requirements.
