| Analysis of automobile NVH characteristics is an important part of vehicleresearch and development process, especially analysis of vibration caused by road.Based on FEM theory and system dynamics, built rigid-flexible coupling model of a carwith HyperMesh and ADAMS, and simulation of static characteristics and dynamicbehavior and vibration response caused by road was finished.Firstly, rigid-flexible coupling model of lorry was built. Suspension, steeringsystem, tire and powertrain system are treated as rigid parts and their dynamic modelswere built with ADAMS/Car. In order to build flexible model of lorry body in ADAMS,finite element model was first built with HyperMesh, which was realized by loading themodal file calculated by HyperMesh intoADAMS.Secondly, same simulations were performed in HyperMesh based on FEM theory, which included results of static stiffness analysis, buckling analysis and dynamicanalysis. After this static and dynamic characteristics of the body could be obtained, which could be used to estimate the dynamic performance of the body structure.Thirdly, simulation of random vibration caused by road was conducted with therigid-flexible coupling model. The road was defined as B class and the simulation wasperformed with the speed of60km/h,70km/hand80km/h. After the simulation, acceleration information of designated position was obtained which was used toevaluate the vibration performance of the lorry. |
