The energy problem is becoming more and more serious, with the rapid development ofworld economy. As a new generation of environmentally friendly cars,Pure electric vehicle, which development is more and more attentioned by all countries, and increasingly becomethe focus of competition. At present, the electric car is becoming more and more common, favored by people because of the advantages of convenient environmental protection andenergy conservation, but higher requirements of electric vehicle comfort is put forward to us.In the analysis of noise and vibration problems of electric vehicle, gearbox is the keycomponents of the global index influence, the performance of the gear transmission systemwill directly affect theperformance and index of electric vehicle. So the study of gearboxvibration problems is particularly necessary. In this paper, the design of electrical control mechanical transmission of an electric vehicleand the dynamic analysis is the main target, firstly, the mechanical transmission is designed, and was modeled by Solidworks. Then did some studies on the reasons of the vibration ofgear transmission system of the automatic transmission and the transmission path of noiseand vibration of electric vehicle, and the vibration equation oftransmission system wasestablished by transfer matrix method. The natural frequency of the drive system wascalculated by MATLAB, with contain gear meshing stiffness and did not contain gearmeshing stiffness. The analysis model of torsional vibration of gear pair was established, andanalyzed the affect to he dynamic characteristics of the system, under as gear mesh stiffness, coincidence degree, backlash and external load and other factors. At last the finite elementmodel was established by ANSYS, the modal analysis is carried out, then got the first10natural frequencies of system. At final, results were compared with which was solved bytransfer matrix method, and the correctness and accuracy of the whole analysis was verified.Through the design of the whole transmission, modeling and simulation analysis, in thispaper. The theoretical foundation of the later research is can be offered, in order to carry outmore research and development.
