At present, domestic and foreign researchers use the knowledge of dynamic,biomechanics for the study of fatigue, they study human-computer interface designor research instrumentation, driver seat layout system, vehicle vibration comfortevaluation and optimization, people often use some modeling methods just likesubjective evaluation, simulation modeling method, evaluation or selectionmanipulation fatigue index manipulation device to manipulate certain features(such as acceleration, the pedal force and rate of force change, noise, etc.), orselect the operator to measure the level of psychological perception of fatigue.In this paper, man-machine system for manipulating a joystick to manipulate theprocess of quantification and evaluation of fatigue to the joystick control force forthe study, analysis of operating force from the perspective of mechanicalparameters, and reflect the manipulation of surface EMG fatigue characteristics,consider this two aspects, analyze and determine the kinetic parameters of surfaceelectromyography and characteristic parameters for the quantitative description ofmanipulating fatigue; simulation experiment by collecting relevant data, influenceof the mechanical characteristics of the individual and the individual operatingforce between the surface EMG feature extraction muscle fatigue characteristicparameters, build manipulate fatigue evaluation model. Based on the idea ofcanonical correlation analysis, the use of correlation between integrated variablesto reflect the overall correlation between the two sets of indicators, studiesmanipulating relationship between force and EMG to identify the greatest influenceEMG related factors, on the basis of surface EMG fatigue characterization functionmodel manipulation constructed to reveal the mechanical characteristics of theoperating force of the impact mechanism of manipulation of fatigue, enabling themanipulation of the process of manipulating its variation fatigue quantitativedescription; last to manipulate the process to manipulate fatigue metric system asthe basis to explore manipulation device optimization technology to provide atheoretical basis and technical support to alleviate the fatigue design manipulation.
