In today’s society is the era of rapid development, energy demand is also increasing, but such as oil, coal is a non renewable resources, so energy conservation has become the consensus of the people. The power consumption of the elevator has a high proportion in people’s daily lives. So it has higher requirements for energy-saving elevator technology, this paper makes use of the existing inverter technology is applied in the elevator, the elevator in the heavy load and light load energy conversion decreased with rising into the grid with the same frequency to the power back to the grid, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving. Improved consumed by braking resistor energy, improve the elevator machine room environment, conducive to the normal operation of the elevator, so has the good prospects for the practical application of the design.This paper designs elevator energy feedback, which consists of two parts, one is the hardware circuit. Second is software control.Power inverter circuit hardware circuit for transformation of electrical energy in the form of. Current, voltage detection and control circuit of circuit over current, overvoltage protection, undervoltage. The synchronization circuit to control the conversion of electrical energy and power grid with the same frequency to. Logical protection control circuit of current, voltage control signal, the synchronization signal,awakened by the logic operation IPM fault signal, and the data are sent to the power inverter, to control the whole process. The main control circuit is the core unit of the whole system, to realize the control of the energy feedback system using computer and peripheral circuit device. There are two specific aspects of PWM wave and overvoltage fault signal, IPM gives the synchronization signal, a voltage detection circuit under control voltage signal, current detection circuit, over-current signal according to ensure the security of the entire system, effectively completes the energy feedback. The main control circuit uses ATmegall28microcontroller as the core, make full use of the counter and its rich external interrupt sources, prescaler and comparison function.The inverter control technology, SVPWM algorithm is proposed based on the modulation function. The utility model has the advantages in elevator energy feedback and high utilization rate of DC voltage control system, inverter output waveform harmonic content is low, the calculation is relatively simple. The experiment results show, the hardware circuit and software can meet the expected function and purpose. Energy feedback grid system can effectively, safely back to the energy to the grid with the same frequency, harmonic produced less, less pollution to power grid.
