Abstract/Summary:
After the founding of our country, a large number of buildings have been builted.But so many buildings can not achieve in the function excepted or bring serious damage, mainly include: electrochemical corrosion, physical aging of material, the improvement of new standard, concrete carbonation and so on; and the effects of disasters such as floods, storms, fires and earthquakes.The building structures or members would be destroyed. Based on the above factors, a large number of existing buildings are required for further reinforced. Therefore, according to the actual situation, the relatively economical and reliable reinforcement technology is very important significance and economic benefit, attracting many attention. In the concrete engineering, the widely used methods are enlarging section method, prestressed reinforcement method, indirect reinforcement, steel reinforcement method, composite reinforcement, various reinforcement methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, and have different engineering application.In many concrete engineering diseases, there are a large numbers are because the concrete strength can not meet the requirements of the strength for the technical problems, such as improper construction management. In recent years, due to people’s attention and the need of engineering practice, the domestic existing concrete building reinforcement technology has make a spurt of progress f. Aiming at the low intensity concrete structure reinforcement are limited to the more traditional methods, therefore, along with the improvement of our strengthening technology and theoretical knowledge level, the improvement of low strength concrete structure reinforcement method and new technology research is becoming more and more important.This article mainly aims at the concrete structures of Lin Xi Fu Bang Coppe Plant of Mongolia provides, to disease processing engineering background, according to the diseases analysis of concrete structure, Draw the conclusion that concrete crack and strength reduction was mainly due to the improper management of construction and material selection. According to the analysis conclusion, introduces the suitable reinforcement methods for low strength concrete reinforcement.According to the formula analysis of" design code for strengthening concrete structure We decided to choose steel reinforcement method for reinforcement of concrete frame columns. through analysis we found that limit value of axial compressive ratio plays a beneficial effect. As a result of the coordination between angle steel and the original column, the limit values of axial compression ratio gest a obvious improvement.Finally, we analysis the column of the most unfavorable by the finite element software ABAQUS. After the calculation and verification, we proved the feasibility of reinforcement scheme.
