Compared with other’s manufacturing technology, non-machined precision roll forging has some advantages of low manufacturing cost, simple machining technology, short production cycle, good fatigue property, etc. As an advanced technology for blade making in aerospace engine manufacturing, roll forging has been paid much attention to in developed country. In the past several dozens year in roll forging research, springback problem is ignored because of plastic deformation being lager than elastic deformation. However, springback has great influences on forming quality and geometric accuracy. So, springback prediction and compensation control in roll forging is needed to be solved urgently with the development of precision forging and improvement of geometric accuracy. Along with the popularization of finite element technology application in forming, finite element numerical simulation technology has been an effective mean for solving springback problem in mental forming.Firstly there is an overview on the springback prediction and compensation control research development status and results based on a number of domestic and foreign literatures. And then the simulation process of metal forming and springback used finite element analysis software ABAQUS is introduced. And a forming simulation model for the blade is build. In order to ensure the accuracy of the simulation results with dynamic explicit method, the historical energy curve of forming is anglicized. It makes the first step on the springback research with static implicit method. Then use corresponding points’vectors method to achieve reverse compensating. According to nodes’daters to reconstruct the surface and generate the fitting mould. With the secondary development technology of UG,3D reconstruction of die surface under rectangles surface has been realized. This paper mainly studies the spline fairing in surface reconstruction, including taking fairing algorithms methods to research the fairing of B-spline.In this paper, springback compensation of roll forging based on corresponding points offset and simulation deviation was researched, and an approach to springback effective compensate control was put forward based on theory analysis, finite element numerical simulation and reverse engineering on the blade, which is significant to the quality and efficiency improvement of blade in aeroengine.
