Nowadays,compared with other transmission(such as MT,AT),continuouslyvariable shift tech is more advanced in vehicle tr ansmission field,and the powerperformance is more excellent,the power matching with engine is better.Because ofthose advantages,CVT is always a major application on the vehicle.one of the mostimportant tech about CVT is electric hydraulic control. It ca n affect the quality,powerperformance,economy of the vehicle immediately,and the key of the continuouslyvariable shift control system are ratio control,clamping force control,start clutchcontrol.In this paper, the main work is as follows:(1)Making a vehicle of a particular company with continuously variabletransmission a research model, this paper introduces the structure, function of theparts, the realization of the function of continuously variable transmission and electriccontrol system integration of content and function systematically;(2)Analyzes the realization process of machinery and the function of thehydraulic system in a continuously variable transmission, also the way and thinking ofelectrical control system integration and refining the main content of electroniccontrol system integration;(3)Based on the summary and analysis of function and structure realization abouta continuously variable transmission, electronic control system integration thought,this paper presented the faults diagnosis engineering methods, also evaluating terms,operation methods, evaluating standards of a vehicle with continuously variabletransmission.
