Subway has become a kind of important means with the development of citytraffic problems. As the cities on the context node, the subway station design attractsmore and more attention, and the problem of fire and safety has been paid muchmore attention.According to the engineering case, I put forward plans to control smoke andthen with the method of performance-based fire protection design. Throughanalyzing and comparing the characteristics of ventilation and smoke controlsystems, and9typical fire scenarios were built to simulate fire spread, analysissmoke flowing, temperature field, smoke concentration field, to test and verify theeffectiveness of plan. Through simulating it found that using separately smokeexhaust system,fire compartment is useful to control, it can control fire smoke in alittle area. Effectively control smoke by using reasonable fire compartment andsmoke bay.Considering fire scenes, Establish the evacuation scene with the software ofSTEPS. Simulating the time of every scenes of evacuation, comparing ASET withRSET to test and verify the effectiveness of plan. It can get the conclusion thatevacuation staircase is the key for evacuation from platform to station hall bysimulation, so it must keep the staircase effective.
