ABS anti lock braking system and semi-active air suspension system can improve the vehicle braking performance, maneuverability, ride comfort, and security playing a more and more important role. The two systems are very important parts of the chassis, if only researching the suspension will ignore the interference brought by the brake control system; And only researching the braking control system will not scruple body attitude control. So this paper ABS system with semi-active suspension control system carried out a joint research..The establishment of a single wheel and wheel model, the slip rate model, tire model. Designing A Sliding mode variable structure controller. To obtain and maintain optimum slip ratio of the wheel so that the control objectives, developing and designing a sliding switch function variable structure control law to reduce the chattering index reaching law system. Combined with the fuzzy control theory to design the fuzzy sliding mode controller for comparative analysis.Studying on the dynamics modeling and control method of semi active suspension system. To establish the1/2half vehicle semi-active suspension model with four degrees of freedom, including dynamic mathematical model, road input model, the whole model. Design sliding mode controller and fuzzy sliding mode controller to control the suspension, simulation comparative analysis.On the basis of two subsystems can obtain good control effect on the conduct of joint control of two subsystems. Two system in the pitch angle, braking deceleration, braking torque, the tire and the ground produces the additional torque, tire vertical load data are inputed and outputed. Joint controller designed auxiliary control the overall model. Joint control of dynamic mathematical model is established, with the result of the simulation analysis made on the established model. The final results of the analysis shows that the joint control ABS system still being able to play a good braking performance, semi-active suspension system reducing the body to varying degrees vertical acceleration, body pitch angular acceleration, dynamic tire deformation, suspension dynamic travel rms value, improving vehicle ride comforence. Body posture obtaining a good controling, at the same time improving the ride comfort of vehicle.
