With the transition of the air combat model and UCAV’s rapid development, UCAVbecomes more and more important in the future battlefield while air combat decision-makingis becoming the core and the key of the whole modern air combat. As a result,the research ofthe air combat decision has caused of great attention of aviation giants.The combatinformation becomes more and more transparent with the development of the aviation electrictechnology. Air combat decision is the real mind and spirit of fighters and the key of theimplementation of the real fighter’s autonomous air combat decision.The whole process of the air combat is dynamic decision process, including adjust ourplane’s situation to achieve the most attack dominant and avoid enemy planes when againstwith enemy planes. Based on the non-parametric superiority function and the model of the aircombat decision, this paper proposes the edges of the air-to-air missile attack region. Thenon-parametric superiority evaluation function based on the air-to-air missile’s attack regiondemands the establishment of the angle, the speed, the height, the space superiority functionand the UCAV’s capability of the air combat. Non or beyond visual range air combat isseparated by the real-time dynamic distance of our flight and enemy’s flight and show up inthe whole superiority function, every single’s weight in the whole superiority function isdecided by the gradation. By selecting the whole superiority function as the differentialgame’s payoff function, the paper proposes the decision model of the modern air combat.The paper compiles the program of the air-to-air missile attack region, the simulatedprogram of air combat’s superiority function, the simulated program of air combat decision bymeans of the MATLAB. The effectiveness of the air combat decision is confirmed by thesimulation of one-to-one air combat.
