SHCAN2000Control System Applied To Boiler Control System By Luanping Heat Company

Nowadays, the applying of field-bus is one of the main developing trend of industrial process control.Field-bus control system is born under the development of modern control technology. It is a new technique combined by high developed4C technology----Computer technology,Control technology,Communication technology and CRT display technology, and is developed from distributed control system.Field-bus control system not only inherit the merits of the distributed control system,but also have its own advantages (e.g. It has standardized property and structure, and is easier to be assembled, operated and maintained also is easier to be configured) Field-bus control system is taking the place of distributed control system.CAN bus is one of the hot issues in the developing industrial automation, and is one of the most promising field-bus. SHCAN2000field-bus control system belongs to field-bus control system,which is developed based on CAN bus, and has been promoted and used in small distributed control system.Boiler is one of the important energy conversion device, which is able to convert primary energy(Coal, oil and natural gas) into secondary energy(high-temperature water or steam,the former is water boiler and the latter is steam boiler). Boiler has become a essential device in the modern industrial production. Nowadays,primary energy is used in a great amount because of the proliferation of boilers,therefore the energy exchange efficiency of boiler relates directly to the energy utilization rate. While lots of company in China is still using inefficient technology. Some of the operation mode Stays in artificial stage,which leads to poor work environment,high labor intensity and low energy utilization rate. In order to make full use of the existing energy and to promote the economic development of our country, we must solve the problem of the low energy utilization rate.Therefore we must develop a control system which can improve the automation level of boiler and run safely,effectively and steadily.This project put forward a scheme based on three boilers from Hebei Luanping that to control all stages of boiler operation automatically with SHCAN2000control system. This thesis introduces the process of designing SHCAN2000control system in details which has been used by Hebei Luariping Jiantong heat company. This control system works well and is worth being widely promoted.
