With the development of economy and technology, the area and depth of fo undation pits are increasing constantly, and the surrounding environments are al so becoming more complicated, these put forward higher requirements for foun dation pit supporting technology; In this paper, Parc66of Jinan as the object of study of deep Foundation pit excavation analysis and monitoring of the con struction process. Construction of deep foundation engineering practice process is simulated and results are compared with actual monitoring of the project. W hile studying on inner force of bracing structure and deformation mechanism a nd simulation results were compared with monitoring data and verifying the ap plicability of simulation methods.In this paper, an actual engineering combines FLAC3D to analysis the defo rmation and the stability of inner support structure, and researches all compone nt, units of forces, deformation distribution and the changes situation with cons truction:inclined pile level deformation distribution is "ends small, Middle big "; while supporting pile bears larger load, which increase the stability of the s upporting structure. Meanwhile, FLAC3D software is used to simulate the canti lever soldier pile retaining structure, verifying that the supporting structure play ed an active role in displacement of soil.In this paper, FLAC3D software simulations are compared with the results, obtained the change rule of retaining piles and soil displacement. Also, compar ison of numerical simulation results and field monitoring data, although there i s a certain bias locally, but the general trend is the same, notes using the FL AC3D simulation of excavation is feasible. It is that soil anisotropy, compactio n, software to simulate the interaction of the supporting structures and many ot her factors in Engineering practice that causes some differance between the FL AC3D simulation results and field monitoring data.
