With the development of aerospace science and technology,we put forward higher requirements at the productionof electronic productsin aerospace field, some of old test methods haven’t satisfied the demand of product qualityin the production progress, so we need to import automatic controland testing technology, and develop automated test system to solve the existing problems. testprojects of a type of platform electronic box are abundant, production cycle is long,and the degree ofintelligent test is low, hencedevelopmentof test system in view of the producthas great application value, the experience will also haveuniversal applicationsignificance.Firstly, this thesis introduces the products of a certain type of platform electronic box, summarizes the existingproblems in the current test methods,and lists specific illustrates to explain the importance and urgencyof developing new test equipment and improving test methods. Meanwhile, it puts forward to develop a whole test system which is intelligent and automation, this will be the future development direction.Secondly, through the analysis of input and output interface ofevery single module inplatform electronic box, and the involved signal type scope, convert it to test requirement, and on the basis of this I put forward overall architecture of the test system, and designthe structure of the hardware, software, the whole system. This project contains PCI industrial computers, independent development of testing and switching system, and standard instrument. the switching system includes control and switching unit, frequency signal output unit, controllable phase difference square wave, signal collecting unit.Thispart of circuit is my key research, it mainly providesdifferent test excitation signal fortested products. Instruments and meters include counter, oscilloscope, digital multimeter.they are connected into computer by RS232and USB interfacefor the measurement of signal waveform, frequency, resistance and current, etc. For the design, with standardPCI buscomputer as a platform,it combines general instrument and the research of signal output module, switches to be controlled by signal switching box, realizes a high integration, high stability and high efficiency automated test system. Furthermore, this thesis illustrates the various components of the detailed design and implementation.Again, this article analyses the functionality and performanceof this platform test system, designs targeted tests, verify the performance of the system and design goals of the project, namely the automation, high efficiency, high reliability, at the same time, provides anew method and design idea in platform product test, and also provides experience for the similar product test and technology accumulation.Finally, this thesis summarizes the content of the project, and proposes the next research main work of the project, for example, the system needs to expend testfunction, increases test coverage, etc.
