Awoduo reservoir is located within the Longzi County of Tibet Autonomous Region, andLongzi tributary on the left bank of the river. Complex special geological conditions of damFoundation and its, its dam Foundation rock formations along the River to dip and steep cliffs,has a very developed with open joints, attitude and volatile, and weathered broken zone of deep.Based on the above objective factors, for downstream irrigation needs, combining waterseepage, we have two curtain Grouting to dam. The first issue of2003because of its complexgeological conditions does not make good the curtain Grouting anti-seepage effect of. Thisarticle will focus on the analysis of curtain Grouting in reinforcement of the late stages. Ourresearch and field trips through a series of tests to finalize the "dominated by blocking, blockingirrigation combined with" basic construction scheme of controlled irrigation and its effect onthe geological conditions of the type. According to the situation on the ground, we refer to thecurrent water-related practices in the construction programme adopts the internationallyadvanced Grouting concept and GIN Grouting method. In May2007, we tried the left abutmentof the dam site Grouting reinforcement test, good results have been achieved. Finalinspection hole core rate above90%RQD value for15~50%, development of jointed rock massjoints in most open, iron manganese effects on the surface, filling in the joints of cement stone,hole wall stability. Right bank of the main river and adit check for pore-water pressure waterpermeability of910Lu paragraph7%above the hole, for qualified inspection hole.
