How can we make the grid work morestable and less grid failure has been an important indicator of stable operation of thepower grid.After a long power grid construction since1949, kinds of smart grid schedulingsystems have been set up in cities and around, such as SCADA(Supervisory ControlAnd Data Acquisition) system, which keep watch over all the various devices on thegrid, that provide the grid staff a convenient way to maintain and schedule. However,after the power grid work for a long time, and components in the grid always work invery harsh environment, that make the components easily been damaged, with thecomponents broken down, grid failure become apparently inevitable. Therefore, find outthe component that doesn’t work become the most urgent problem after the grid stoprun normally. With the great development of computer technology, the grid schedulingsystem is constantly upgrading so that it can meet the needs of grid development. Basedon the issues that has mentioned above, this paper construct a new SCADA systemafter a depth learning of previous SCADA system. And data mining technique was alsoused in fault diagnose part of SCADA system. That can find out some hidden rules inlarge number of information obtained by SCADA system, that will make the gridworker easier in maintain the grid and recovering the power failure in a shorter time.In this paper we first make a SCADA system needs analysis which based on actualneeds of the grid,and then set up SCADA system in.NET platform with VBprogramming language,all this above is done in Windows system. There are ninesub-modules consist in SCADA system, they are personnel management, systemconditions, graphic index, data acquisition interface, fault diagnosis and so on. In thefault diagnosis part, this paper introduced a way to recovery the missing elementsinformation and also make this used in the system. And then mining the data the hasbeen repaired with improved Apriori algorithm, and there also introduced an example todescribe the process. Finally, some modules of the SCADA system was run and showed in the paper, to make a description of the system interface. |
