In this paper, a passenger car front axle brake running deviation problem for thispaper. First for brake system simple mechanics model is set up and use the theory ofmechanics principle is analyzed, and then based on the test measurement and analysis,ruled out the toe, tires, suspension factors such as brake the possibility of runningdeviation, finally, the research focus on the disc brake, from how to solve theeccentric wear of brake and reasonable set brake clearance these two aspects areanalyzed and studied.On the one hand, start with the eccentric wear mechanism analysis of brakingprocess running deviation, and then using the finite element method (fem), the discbrake friction pair between the contact stress field and temperature field of modelingand simulation, considering the structural dimension, assembly process, the brakefriction material factors, such as optimizing design scheme has been put forward toimprove the problem of eccentric wear.On the other hand, starting from the structure and working principle of disc brake,according to the relevant disc brake braking torque calculation is derived, clear armsbrake clearance, pressure ratio, the relations between and among the braking torquecurve to determine the pressure arm ratio () K fluctuation region and scope. Based onthe above theoretical analysis, through the experiment data to validate the model theactual fluctuation area exists and its actual location, and then reset the types of brakedisc brake clearance.After completing the above two aspects of work, through technical cooperationwith professional manufacturers, USES the advanced test equipment, the validation ofnew type brake performance. Finally install the new brake more than the modelvalidated by actual operating on a bus.Solved through the study of this article, the models on the market front axlebrake running deviation problem, eliminates the major safety problems, improve thereliability of the product in the market and credibility, and improve the process inproduction to avoid the similar problem from happening again, improve the quality ofthe products. Also for the research and analysis of the same kind of problem at thesame time, provides an effective method.
