The Research On The Theory And Planning Of Wetland-Leisure Agriculture Park In Zhejiang Province

In recent years, the contradiction between the wetland protection and agricultural developmenthas become increasingly significant, but both of them cannot be neglected. At the expense of oneother party in exchange for the development of the other have lead to serious problems in the past,and there is a need to find a way to develop wetlands and agricultural together. Leisure wetlandagriculture is a combination of wetland landscape resources and a new form of agriculturaldevelopment, the leisure agriculture, which would be meaningful to ease the contradiction betweenthe wetland protection and agricultural development and promote the development of wetlands andagriculture all together. Currently there are plenty research and application of either areas, but leisurewetland agriculture has not been systematically studied and the instances of application are relativelydeficient. Given this situation, this paper is based on the research within Zhejiang Province, wherecontradiction between the wetland protection and agricultural development is one of the mostsignificant, and through a comprehensive study and analysis of the theory and planning examples ofboth wetlands and leisure agriculture. Leisure wetland agriculture theory and planning methods arealso discussed, followed by the initial theoretical system construction and scientific guidance on itsdevelopment practices.In this paper, methods including multi-disciplinary, literature analysis, case studies, field surveyshave been used. First, on the basis of systematically summarizes of global related theoretical researchand development situation,"wetland","leisure agriculture" and other related concepts have beenanalyzed, concept, characteristics and classifications of leisure wetlands agriculture park have alsobeen proposed. A sortation of urban recreational area, landscape ecology, landscape security pattern,ecotourism, environmental carrying capacity, etc. has been conducted to provide theoretical guidancefor future research. Then it is expected to have a practical guidance to the planning and developmentof Zhejiang leisure wetland agriculture park by in-depth investigation of relevant case studies, briefintroduction of planning and construction of the case and analysis and summary of experience andinspiration of the planning and construction of case.Based on the research of wetland resources in Zhejiang Province and recreational agriculturaldevelopment， three modes of development (symbiotic development within the wetland park, jointdevelopment outside wetland park and self-development) have been proposed and idea of which have been initially established. Following by adoption of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), resource ofleisure wetland agriculture evaluated and level divided, which provide the basis for leisure parkplanning and development. Finally, based on the research on relevant planning theory and analysis ofcase studies, this paper has explored planning technical methods of Zhejiang leisure wetlandsagriculture park, proposed planning principles, planning methods and content, and formed initialplanning system of Zhejiang leisure wetlands agriculture park.
