Research And Development On EMU Engineer Operation Analysis System

Along with the rapid development of Chinese high-speed railway, a large number ofEMU trains run in China, all sectors of society pay attention to the safety problem ofhigh-speed railway. EMU engineers are the direct operators of EMU trains, also take theresponsibility of trains’ punctuality, smooth manipulation, running safety, and so on.Engineers have to deal with the safety risk in different kinds of running conditions andenvironment independently, who is the most important, critical and kernel front-line positionin high-speed operation safety. It is very important to strengthen engineers management andstandardize their operation.This paper analysis the acquisition requirement of EMU engineers’ operation and relatedinformation in detail, researches the data recording of existing EMU equipment, integrateswith the engineers operation requirement, imitates the dada recording and analysismanagement mode of Train Running Monitoring of Equipment (LKJ for short), proposes theEMU Engineer Operation Analysis System (EOAS for short) development solution on thebasis of information integrating technology.In this paper, the development and application of the whole system is divided into EOASand EOAS upgraded (upgraded EOAS for short)stages. First of all, this paper describes theEOAS development process, technical solution, system structure, working principle, systemfunction, and so on. Aiming at the problems exposed during EOAS application, tis paperstarts the EOAS upgrading researching, and focuses on describing the upgraded EOAS’upgrading process, technical solution and main function.Through summing the EOAS application experiences, this paper carried out theupgraded EOAS research from off duty retrieval analysis, on duty comprehensive analysis,specific analysis, audio and video selective analysis, on-time monitoring analysis, analyticalresult application, and so on.EOAS integrates the engineers operation and related data from EMU trains controlequipment monitoring information, vehicle information and wireless communicationinformation, collects the engineers’ audio and video information in the same time, reflects theEMU engineers’ working station and operation objectively, accurately and timely bysynthesize processing, analyzing. EOAS provides the information means for EMU engineers’management.
