The first anti-wind opencut tunnel in the world have been built in Barry wind zone of the Lanzhou-Xinjiang second double-track railway line. The structure of the anti-wind opencut tunnel is similar to the ordinary tunnel, however, considering built on the ground, there are holes in one side. We have achieved a lot of achievements about the aerodynamic characteristics when the train go through the tunnel, but few about the aerodynamic characteristics when the high-speed train go through the anti-wind opencut tunnel.The operating vehicle on the new second double-track line is CRH5 EMU developed by Changchun Railway Vehicles CO., LTD., which is suitable for operating in alpine-cold region. In this article, we research about the aerodynamic characteristics of CRH5 EMU and CRH2 EMU provided by the Sifang Locomotive Vehicle Co., LTD. when entering and exiting the anti-wind opencut tunnel and the tunnel portal by numerical simulation.First, Using the air pressure pluse in train passing of the full-scale train test in our country to validate the correctness of the numerical method. According to the test, establishing the meeting model, numerical calculation and calculation results are provided with the test data are compared vertify the reasonable numerical calculation method.Secondly, analyzes Fzow field characteristics for the anti-wind opencut tunnel and windshelter around of trains passing through in strong wind.The pressure field and velocity field of the anti-wind opencut tunnel are also analyzed, gives the change rules of the single train access the anti-wind opencut tunnel and tunnel by body pressure Fzuctuations.Again, compared aerodynamic force and moment for CRH5 EMU with CRH2 EMU enter and exit anti-wind opencut tunnel, tunnel portal and meeting. A simple analysis of the two kinds of models in the same operating environment for the dynamic characteristics from the numerical simulation calculation results The results of different operating conditions of the same type of vehicle are also compared, the more stable operating condition is obtained.Finally, making a systematic research with the train operation effect factors-- speed, wind velocity and wind direction angle, analysis the rule of the lateral force, lift force and overturning moment changes by the effect of the speed of trains and wind.This paper analyzes the dynamic characteristic of the high-speed train passing through anti-wind opencut tunnel and tunnel by numerical analysis, the method and conclusions of this paper can provide a reference for further systematic research, at the same time, it can provide a reference for the operation of the train.
