| This article describes a new three-phase multifunction energy meter, it sets the measurement, alarm, display, storage, communication and other functions into one, and has strong compatibility and practicality. The instrument uses a modular design and a combination of domestic and foreign advanced design experience and the latest professional technology, successfully resolved the system expansion, data security, anti-interference, low power, precision problems. It is developed based on the STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller as microprocessors and special measurement chip ATT7022 B as measurement acquisition module.The article briefly described the current status and future development of China’s power grid requirements, stated the development history and processes energy meter, and also debated the instrument research and development background, design principles and objectives. Adopted in the design of the instrument STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller as microprocessors, ATT7022 B of metering chip as a measurement acquisition module, RS-485 as communication interface, Modbus RTU as communication, the paper use Protel software to complete the circuit schematic design and simulation, Keil C software to develop the internal microcontroller running program, and EpSnall software to monitor data parameter, finally complete the overall structure of M292 three-phase multifunction energy meter. After the design is completed, the article discusses the simulation testing and functional testing of the instrument, it turns out to meet the design requirements by comparing with traditional energy meter test. |
