The Philosophical Analysis Of The Wind Power’s Evolution

The wind power project’s evolution is a unity with dynamic process of development that consisted of many elements,including the theory of wind power,practical activity of technology,the condition of nature and society,humanistic quality and material pursuit.1 choose the wind power project as a concrete case,because of the serious problem of environment pollution,the severe situation renewable resources shortage,the urgent requirement of new energy technology.Besides,I concluded the evolution’s process of wind power project as a courses of transforming of the wind power project’s budding section,the compare between wind power project and fire power project section,the remold and spread of the wind power project’s section.It express the value and meaning of the science and technology.In a view of scientific philosophy’s theory to analysis the development of project,to make sure the project’s historical,continuity and dynamics.I concluded the periodical stamp and the most primary reason about evolution in a systemic way.including the natural opinion,the social opinion and the technological opinion.with the holism,to analysis the project as a social existing things,think about the problem of nature,human society,science and technology,economy,policy and so on,draining the instrumental and utilitarian of the science and technology.At last,I take the project of China as a example to analysis,in a rational view to scan the project,to resolve the contradiction of evolution’s rule and reason. To come up with the policy in a dialectic way,including take science and ecology as a unity,get competition together with cooperation,combine absorption with innovation,in order to extend the field of researching,play down the gap between humanity and science.
