RCFST structure makes use of the construction waste, and combines the advantages of CFST structure. This structure has broad prospects in application, while it is in the initial study stage. In China, most of the buildings floor adopts concrete beam and slab structure, so to solve the connection problems of RCFST column and RAC beam is significant.Our team has done some studies of this structure. On the base of previous research, experiments are conducted on the joints under low-period cyclic load in this paper. The main contents include:Study of the destruction process; Analysis of the hysteresis curves, skeleton curves, strength, stiffness, energy dissipation, ductility and other seismic indicators; The influence of joint-plate and reinforcement-ring on seismic performance; Using ABAQUS6.11 to simulate the experiment and to prove the feasibility of simulation; The extension analysis of replacement ratio, concrete intensity, axial compression ratio and the reinforcement ratio.Research indicates that:The hysteresis curves of all specimens are full showing its good seismic performance; Joint-plate and reinforcement-ring can raise the bearing capacity of components and improve the seismic performance; Result of simulation is similar to that of experiment; The reinforcement ratio has a greater influence than axial compression ratio, and concrete strength, while replacement ratio has little influence.
