This paper studies the kind of ultra-low-speed balancing chirped sampling and handling. Ultra-low speed balancing test equipment.Rotating machinery in the oil, electricity, metallurgy and other enterprises have been widely used. Mechanical failures and accidents generated by the rotor imbalance and other factors are also increasing. Balancing machines become an indispensable manufacturing process step. Imbalance will cause the fan vibration will cause excessive component failure or damage. Balancing speed range of traditional testing techniques are generally targeted at 300 rpm or more and in many cases some large rotor speed is slower. Conventional test method can not meet the requirements, in addition to the conventional test method at a rotational frequency of the rotor and in some cases the situation is not constant can not accurately measure the amount of unbalance. Different parts of the large generators and general rotating machinery, it speeds low and unstable speed characteristics, existing balancing software will be difficult to conduct field balancing machine, and there will be less vibration data mining or phase.This issue is dedicated to low-speed, large changes in the rotor speed. Development of a balancing test instrument for measuring the rotor due to defects in the processing, installation asymmetry caused by vibration during use and wear, and through heavier weight to reduce vibration, thus reducing the impact of precision mechanical device improve work efficiency of the device.This paper focuses designed and completed low-speed variable cycle sampling system. Discussed in the text of the PLL frequency multiplier circuit direct sampling for varying periods incomplete sampling issues and a specially designed side by CCS circuit programmable amplifier, signal shift circuitry and A / D converter circuit composed chirped signal sampling circuit. Designed overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, power protection, protection circuitry includes. The paper also designed signal processing system comprising signal processing software programming of hardware circuitry and display interface.Finally, based on the success of hardware and software debugging, conducted low-speed balancing test. Experimental verification of variable cycle sampling method is feasible and has a significant effect in improving the work efficiency, expand the frequency range, and enhance real-time controllability, etc., through the realization of the desired objectives.
