| After Yin-da-ru-qin supply water project in gansu province, Yintao supply water project is anther grand project of epochal significance, and solves the shortage of water in arid region of Gansu Midwest.Yintao 7# Tunnel using Single Shield TBM in our country hydraulic engineering belong to the first case, It creating a Single Shield TBM tunnel construction of the first of its kind, and has great research value.The author in the TBM construction stage to enter the construction site, and have finished a lot of tunnel data collecting and organizing work, accumulated and analysis Yintao project decades of engineering geological survey data, at the same time to read a lot of books about the TBM tunnel construction and the outstanding paper to do some preparation for the writing of this paper and research directions. Thesis is studied from the following several aspects:(1) It has detailed introduced the development and application of TBM, classification and suitable conditions, and study the TBM equipment composition and the mechanism of rock fragmentation, systematic analysis the main parameters affecting TBM boring performance.(2) Combining Yintao7#tunnel design, construction and engineering geological conditions, It detailed analysis of the basic principles of TBM type selection, and choose suitable for the construction of shield TBM.(3) Using the theory of classical platts tunnel segment ring of surrounding rock pressure calculation, select the appropriate segment beam-spring model and structure of surrounding rock,and by ANSYS software to guideYintao7# tunnel segment ring, this paper analyzes the stress and deformation.(4) Combining Yintao water supply project 7# tunnel, using Drucker-Prager yield and ANSYS software of the unit "birth and death " technology for tunnel excavation process 3-d numerical simulation, to analyzes the stress deformation of the surrounding rock before and after the excavation, and at different stages of surrounding rock stress of the deformation and force of the segment lining.(5) Analysis of Yintao7 # tunnel TBM in bad geologic period of geological disaster situation, proposed corrective actions according to different geological disaster, choose the appropriate construction technology and construction methods of the tunnel. |
