In recent years,along with the underground engineering such as underground pedestrian street, underground mall, underground pipeline,the emergence of more and more in practice, these wear underground rail transit engineering, directly or indirectly,when new underground engineering construction, near underground rail transit will be affected, and cause the subway operation safety hidden trouble. In the cross sections of the subway underground works, because the pipe jacking construction has many advantages,such as good security,fast construction speed, low cost, good environmental protection,so the pipe jacking construction is becoming more common. Rectangular pipe jacking construction disturbance on the surrounding soil,cause the strata displacement deformation,further cause uneven deformation underground rail,when the deformation exceeds rail lines are maximum,is bound to the safety of the underground rail transit operation have a negative impact,serious when even will affect the security of train. In order to ensure the subway operation safety in underground engineering construction,the intensive study on the wear on the subway construction is very necessary.This article first to the rectangular pipe jacking construction characteristics and working principle are introduced in detail,and explore its on the surrounding soil and the disturbance mechanism of subway. Through the analysis on the root cause of the non-uniform deformation occurred subway line is caused by pipe jacking construction process on soil disturbance. Based on the construction of the underground pedestrian system in nanjing,three-dimensional model is established by use of ANSYS software, numerical simulation of rectangle pipe jacking construction process, the analysis in the process of rectangular pipe jacking construction in both the subway structure and roadbed deformation law,and then further explore the non-uniform deformation for both the subway lines. On this basis, the pipe jacking in subway construction on the subway, summarized the deformation law of analysis,the pipe jacking jacking construction whole process at all stages of the subway interval make a quantitative analysis,the influence of the suggested standard values it is concluded that the deformation of subway line control. Finally combining the rectangular pipe jacking construction process, from the soil around the pipe jacking construction technology,and the both with three aspects of the current situation of the protection measures of non-uniform deformation of the subway route.
