Bridge floor were damaged due to overworking as the rapid development of transportation industry. Thus, maintenance of the damaged bridge floor without traffic interruption is one of the most promoting options to reduce the contradiction between the bridge deck maintenance and traffic. However, the bridge vibration caused by traffic is the key influence to concrete quality of deck repair due to its influence on the adhesive property between the old concrete and fresh concrete.In this paper, we studied and analysed simulating bridge vibration’s influnence on different bond performance between old concrete and fresh concrete in different setting and hardening processes, based on the bridge vibration caused by air-cooled electromagnetic analog driving. This research will provide a technical support for the design and construction of the bridge deck repair under the uninterrupted traffic condition. Details of experiments and results are as follows:(1) Bridge vibration frequency and amplitude are influenced by the size of the bridge structure type vehicle load, vehicle speed, deck flatness and bridge damping.According to the actual specific parameters of a representative bridge and relevant literature, we analysed and selected analog bridge vibration parameters and got the proper frequency and amplitude, thus to provide a reasonable parameters for indoor air-cooled test electromagnetic vibration table test.(2) Roughness of old concrete has an important influence on the mechanical properties of new and old concrete bonding layer. Shallow chiseling depth leads to weak bond strength while excessive chiseling depth will destroy the old concrete.This paper studied the impact of different roughness on the joint surface of new and old concrete through experiments and found the reasonable depth of roughness,providing a basis for improving the design and construction bonding properties.(3) Species of adhesive is another important factor of adhesive layer of new and old concrete. This paper selected several common representative chemical class interface agent to do comparative experiments, studied the influence of groutinterface agent and chemical interface agent on new and old concrete surface joint strengthen, provided a reasonable interface agent type. Thus to provide a basis for improving the design and construction of new and old concrete surface of the adhesive layer properties.(4) Based on the studies above, obtain the influence degree of the bond strength promotion from big to small is casting stage to initial setting stage, casting stage to final setting stage, initial setting stage to final setting stage, through indoor vibration tests of the new and old concrete with different adhesive orientation. Under the uninterrupted traffic condition, if bridge deck pavement maintenance in a horizontal bonding repair surface, it need not adopt measures to strengthen.if bridge deck pavement maintenance in a vertical bonding repair surface, it need adopt measures to strengthen.
