| The drill, which is the core of the multi-function rig working parts performance and the reliability of the drill directly influences on the performance of the drilling rig drilling efficiency and the overall work. This article is mainly about high power variable speed rotating impact type hydraulic rock drill as the research object,focusing on the performance of the box is analyzed and studied.The hydraulic rock drill box is a enclosure as the entire transmission system supporting parts, under various load of the transmission system and torque and punch working together. In order to guarantee the strength and stiffness of box, meet the requirement, reduce the weight of the drill, lighten the working arm of the load, and improve the overall performance of the drilling rig, it is necessary to use modern design method for the study of the structure and properties of rock drill box. This paper main research contents are as follows:(1)Researching and analyzing the working principle of rotating impact type hydraulic rock drill, studying determines the multispeed work mode, designing the box structure and the parameters of the transmission parts, establishing three-dimensional solid model, after a reasonable simplification, and introducing into the finite element analysis software, defining of material properties, selecting the unit type and mesh, defining the boundary conditions and loading mode, and finally getting the finite element model of the hydraulic rock drill box.(2)Statics analysis is carried on the hydraulic rock drill box, determining element structural strength calculation of hydraulic rock drill box under the two different stalls of 1L and 1V, drawing the corresponding equivalent strain diagram and maximum principal stress and equivalent stress diagram, and the calculation results show that the stiffness and strength of box meet the design requirements.(3)Dynamic analysis is carried on the hydraulic rock drill box, extracting the hydraulic rock drill box before 12 order natural frequency and vibration mode,producing no resonance under the normal work of the hydraulic rock drill box, andgetting the hydraulic rock drill box impact analysis of the foundation. Hydraulic rock drill box is reciprocated cycle impact force, through dynamics calculation case under dynamic force, the strength and stiffness of body box meet the design requirements.Through research papers available for construction of the hydraulic rock drill box analysis reference, the results can be used to develop the relevant hydraulic rock drill box and optimization design, and can shorten the design cycle and reduce costs. |
