In recent years, high-speed rail passenger cars in our country has obtained the fast development. At present, the highest operating experimental speed has reached 486km/h, before and after 2020, the domestic speed above 250km/h high speed passenger dedicated line the total mileage will reach 15000 km. With the high speed rail passenger car speed, people found that the electrical components in high speed train electrical cabinet meeting occurrence loss even damage in high frequency vibration, which seriously affects the normal operation of high-speed rail passenger car, take the high frequency vibration problems have received more and more attention. Therefore, the need for research on vibration isolation of the electrical cabinet. According to the characteristics of two types of vibration isolation, this study adopts the active vibration isolation system.This paper investigates the development status quo of domestic and foreign electrical cabinet, according to the finite element theory, combined with the finite element software of electrical cabinet, carry out the static strength analysis and modality analysis, get the resonance frequency of the electrical cabinet; determine the vibration isolator, and established the mechanical model of single layer vibration isolation system; design the giant magnetostrictive actuator model, and the actuator of magnetic field finite element analysis; by using the Fx-LMS algorithm, through online identification, real-time status of giant magnetostrictive actuator are tracking, the actuator in the best working condition. The final construction of the active vibration isolation system.The use of Catia, Adams and Matlab software to build the virtual simulation platform, on the isolation system for the virtual simulation experiment. Based on the disturbance input different numerical values, the controlled and uncontrolled circumstances of the vibration isolation effect of comparative data and motion data. The virtual simulation experiment results show that, the active vibration isolation system can reach the obvious isolation effect on the electrical cabinet up.
