Ion cyclotron resonance heating is one of the most important supplementary heating for Tokamak, when the ICRH wave interaction with plasma, the antenna load and the coupling impedance of plasma changes along with the variation of plasma parameters, which can lead the antenna impedance no longer to match the impedance of RF transmission system.and the power of RF wave reflects soon from antenna, in order to transfer the ICRH wave energe to antenna and then coupled to plasma effectively. the antenna system must have a rapid impedance matching network. so the research of impedance matching network have great significance for the study of current controlled magnetic fusion experimental and the achievement of high performance steady state operation on tokamak. To begin with this paper, adopting the transmission line theory, the paper analyzes the ion cyclotron resonance heating antenna system’s impedance matching, which obtains matching through the triple liquid stub combining with the frequency modulation. The relationship between reflection coefficient and antenna loading before and after frequency modulation was numerical simulated. The results show that: the triple liquid stub with frequency modulation can better reduce the reflection coefficient of antenna transmission system, let the RF power transmit to antenna more effectively. And then, adopting the transmission line theory analyzes the impedance matching process of conjugate-T matching system in ion cyclotron resonance heating(ICRH), the optimized parameters of conjugate-T impedance matching network were gained in the condition of impedance matching, and proved by numerical simulation that the optimized parameters can make antenna system match better while under the same Calculating Parameters conditions.
