In recent years, with the vigorous development of the steel bridge construction in our country, more and more institutions and scholars into the research work of welding deformation and published a series of related theories and results. But compared with the development o f the whole steel bridge construction speed, there are still various aspects, mainly displays in the theory and the actual contact less: research unit focuses on the numerical simulation and theoretical calculation, the result is in the condition of ideal theory, but there are many factors which can influence the welding deformation in the process of production, therefore, the theoretical study of success and actual production always has a considerable deviation; And because each industry of the manufacturing enterprise, the enterprise operators equipped with different levels and different levels, process, such as traditional each have emphasize particularly on the prediction and control of the welding deformation is mostly by practical experience, estimates that no form of system, is not universal.Because the steel has high strength, light weight, low carbon environmental protection and other characteristics, therefore, more and more used in bridge construction steel structure, and the level of bridge design theory and the progress of metallurgical technology, the use of high strength steel is becoming more and more, the thickness is more and more big, the welding method and welding equipment constantly updated at the same time, also directly promote the overall improvement of steel bridge manufacture industry level. And how to effectively predict and control the welding deformation, to ensure the welding quality and manufacturing precision steel members, has been the focus of researchers.In this paper, comb ined with the actual project, the result of the high strength thick plate welding deformation were analyzed, and through comparing the measured and theoretical calculation method, and puts forward a series of technological measures to control deformation, has high practical significance and application value. According to the characteristics of this project steel beam according to the characteristics of the development of C hina’s steel bridge and trend, in this project steel beams in the manufacturing process to select targeted thickness, type of welded joint of artifacts, the measure before and after welding in the state, and inductive analysis. At the same time take the theoretical calculation method to calculate the same type of steel plate, welded joint welding deformation, compared with the measured data analysis, summed up the welding deformation tendency and rule. According to put forward at the same time in various stages how to control and reduce the welding deformation, reduce correction workload, e nsure the quality of welding and component collection accuracy, steel production to provide experience for other projects.In this paper, we study the key are:(1)In the process of production through a large number of data acquisition, summarizes the welding deformation tendency of the actual production, and carries on the analysis, puts forward some technological parameters and welding steel plates under the environment of welding deformation trend.(2)Through the theoretical calculation, it is concluded t hat steel plate welding deformation;(3)The theoretical calculation and test data comparison, summarized their similarities and differences, and puts forward control and reduce the welding deformation at various stages, methods, in order to better guide the actual production. At the design stage adopts reasonable design standards, design the appropriate weld, which satisfy the stress and safety requirements, while avoiding excessive weld penetration and the correction of welding deformation; In manufacturing segment selected as optimization of welding process parameters and the reasonable form of groove, adopt reasonable welding sequence, and USES the rigidity reinforcement method, the prestressing method, mechanical rectification, flame rectification and other measures to control and reduce the welding deformation.
