With changes in today’s social modernization process, the development of the high-rise building more and more become one of the most important symbols.The height of the building is continuously increasing, not only caused by the demand for housing and activity. It also gradually becomes the one of the symbols of a regional and even national economic prosperity. With the increasing altitude of the building,however, more difficulty technical is also required.The seismic load and the wind load,as natural factors, and its own huge weight due to the large volume itself adopt more advanced techniques to deal with.At present, for the high-rise building, people more likely to combine frame structure and shear wall structure because of the flexibility of the space frame structure arrangement and the stiffness of shear wall. With the combination, we can get the institutions like the frame shear wall form, the form of frame-core tube, tube in tube form and so on.In this paper, I will talk about the frame-core tube structure.Strengthen refers to that by increasing the truss structure, the thickness of the beam or plate and other methods in the layer of a building to increase the stiffness of the floor, and in further increase in building structure overall stiffness at the same time in the local "ferrule effect" on the construction of the lateral restraint.Strengthening layer is in the form of girder, the solid abdomen beam, beam on an empty stomach, etc. In this paper, the strengthening of layer truss forms are adopted.For the study, do the following work:1. After simply introduces the situation on the development of the high-rise building and analyzes the special kinds of structure of the high-rise building, I will talk about how about of the development of the structure form in the future.I believe that the strengthening layer is associated with one of the important structure of high-rise building development.And then I will introduce the strengthen principle and the settings of the strengthening layer in the study of the several programs.2. This research is based on instance.For the convenience of control variables, I simplify the original structure and then get the analysis used by the model.The analysis has five kinds of schemes. Scheme 1, as a comparison, does not set up any form of strengthening layer. Other several kinds of schemes are set up different forms of strengthening layer.Then I will analyze by using the software MIDAS and PKPM. I will compare various data list, visualization analysis, and finally get the consequence that the pros and cons of various options.3. MIDAS is an useful software used to analyzes. By using the software to have an analysis for the five kinds of schemes of, I will obtain the several kinds of datum,such as the cycle, modal mass participation factor, layer between the displacement and displacement and so on.These data are compared, and lists, drawing on the stiffness optimization to different schemes are obtained and the stiffness mutation problem size.4. After then, I will use the method of elastic response history analysis and the inelastic response history analysis by the module EPDA in the software PKPM. The data include layer displacement and displacement between layers, layer shear force,bending moment, and so on. I will make lists and graphs by these data and the compare the different between them.5. After increased the structure stiffness, the use of strengthening layer brings the corresponding stiffness mutation problem at the same time because of the difference between strengthening layer and adjacent floor stiffness. The scheme 4, as a special kind, is aimed at this problem in this analysis.To further improve the problem,however, more research and analysis are required.
