From the 1990 s, computerized design technique has been widely used in engineering industry.The intervention of CAD highly improved efficiency and quality of constructure design.Accompanied by the improvement of computer hardware technology,the exploitation of engineering has also been advanced rapidly, which adds new tools and methods for engineering industry. How to rational combine presently existed hardware technology and software technology,change present extensive type of production management pattern in engineering industry, push forward the development of productive forces in engineering industry and promote engineering design degree have already become the desiderating problem in engineering industry.BIM(Building Information Modeling) platform brings new work pattern for construction production,operation and maintenance.Based on building LCA,the use of BIM would implement building information exchange between different stage,major and user,that is architect,engineer,construction party and construction organization can share information and profile producing in building design, and use together design model of design stage and carry out construction calculation and relative building performance model analysis.This paper firstly instructed BIM research and application status at home and abroad. Through document investigate and statistics,analyzed the attention trends and use and research situation of BIM by scientific research scholar in our country,and put forward existed problems in construction design stage.Aiming at these problems,this paper did below work:(1) Instructed fundamental philosophy of BIM platform and related notion in detail of BIM,and simply analyzed the classify and application situation of BIM tools.(2) Discussed building design process based on BIM platform,and detailly analyzed structure anti-seismic and design method based on BIM platform.By compare the difference between normal structure design method and BIM design method in real project, to analyze the advantages of BIM design method,and provided reference for structural engineer to use BIM tool to design structure.(3)Aiming at construction design method based on BIM platform in this paper,carried out anti-seismic of one transfer floor structure high-rise building and did the comparison between traditional structure design way.(4) Carried out application research about complex space collision problem based on BIM through project case,and provided method for how each specialization carry out collaborative design,drawing review and optimization of building effective space for building design stage.Through research,application method of BIM in building design stage has obtained, which is operable proved by example verification.This method solved information isolated island and collision among different majors and models. Meanwhile,certain guiding function would be played in highly effective design among different majors in building design stage.
