Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of modern society, we use the large span steel struct ure more and more widely. Steel arch structure is one of them which have the characte-ristics of reasonable force, small deformation and large span structure. And then it is extensive used in structural steelwork.But Steel arch structure is quite not fire-resistan t, the main reason is steels’poorly fire resistance ability. So it’s very important for fire resistance design and use of steel structure that we analytic study the fire resistance performance of steel arch structure.In this paper, the application of steel structure principle and theory of fire, use a single span steel arch as the research object, through theoretical analysis and numerical calculation, and according to the principle of heat transfer, by using ANSYS finite element analysis software, for the thermal coupling analysis for steel arch structure, steel arch structure fire resistance design for the future research to provide certain reference. Through the arches under high temperature conditions of temperature field and thermal stress effects analysis, we can study the impact on the steel arch structure bearing capacity and deformation properties of temperature load. Comparison of different conditions in the steel arch steel arch bearing capacity and deformation at high temperature conditions change, discuss the effects of different forms of steel arch effect on the mechanical properties at high temperature conditions. Some fire resistant steel arch analysis are drawn:(1) According to the principle of equivalent load calculation method, drawn steel arch in the vector carrying capacity and high temperature of the arch span ratio, bearing arch form, section form, external load, temperature and other parameters.(2) From the temperature, area, and other aspects of the external load deformation arches under different conditions of high temperature environment for analysis and comparison, studies show that as the temperature increases, the deformation of steel arch also will increase.(3) According to the basic theory of heat transfer, the use of finite element analysis software ANSYS, considering the structure changes in the use of software simulation combined heat and power coupling analysis, to provide a reference for the future development of the steel arch structure in terms of fire resistance.In this paper, the high temperature (fire), the mechanical properties of steel arch structure under study, hope for the future of the steel structure fire resistance design provide certain referenceⅠ hope this article’s performance about the high temperature (fire) behavior of steel arch, providing some basic support for future research related to fire resistance structure.
